Austellung geht auf Wanderschaft

Die Wanderaustellung „ Flusslandschaft Hunte“, die vom Fachdienst Kreisentwicklung des Landkreises Diepholz, sowie dem Dümmer-Museum erarbeitet wurde, ist seit dem 12 Juli auf Wanderschaft.. Die Eröffnung fand in Goldenstedt statt. Wolfram van Lessen, erster Kreisrat in Diepholz und Verbandsvorsitzender der Hunte-Wasseracht hielt die Eröffnungsrede.

Bis zum 6. August macht die Austellung noch Station in Goldenstedt. Danach folgen weitere Ziele wie Wagenfeld, Wildeshausen und Dötlingen.

"Flusslandschaft Hunte“ ist ein Projekt, dass 2008 von dem Landkreis Diepholz gemeinsam mit den Landkreisen Oldenburg und Vechta ins Leben gerufen wurde. Das Projekt soll dazu dienen die Hunte zu einer naturtouristisch attraktiven Flusslandschaft und für Kanuten auf ihrer Gesamtlänge zu einem attraktiven Revier zu entwickeln, um den Fluss nicht, wie es momentan der Fall ist, nur als Entwässerungskanal und Hochwasserablauf dienen zu lassen.
Dabei soll die Hunte natürlicher werden und zu einer attraktiven Kulturlandschaft beitragen.

The BSH library and bookshop has over 13,000 publications on various topics dealing with nature. For example, the topics range from environmental protection, garden arrangements and landscaping, and healthy nutrition. Some of the most informative books cover environmental areas that discuss pollution and erosion, and are in high demand by teachers. Publications

Four times a year the BSH newspaper has an issue featuring wildlife art and discussions on various biological topics. Popular areas are alternative energy and recycling, ecological protection, and environmental problems caused by humans. The paper is also for interested amateur scientists and offers subscriptions that are available to science classes and courses. The most exciting aspects are the extensive publications offered throughout the year, dealing with scientific discoveries, special wildlife areas, and biological discussions on ecological preservation.
